Noshin Pure is a pain reliever and fever reducer that contains ibuprofen, which quickly suppresses the production of substances (prostaglandins) that cause pain and fever, and provides excellent pain-relieving and fever-reducing effects. It also includes allyl isopropyl acetyl urea and anhydrous caffeine to enhance the effectiveness of ibuprofen.

Ingredients of Noshin Pure:

  • Ibuprofen: Quickly suppresses the production of prostaglandins, the source of menstrual pain.

  • Anhydrous Caffeine: Assists the action of ibuprofen and alleviates headaches.

Indications and Effects

Pain relief for menstrual pain, headaches, back pain, tooth pain, throat pain, joint pain, muscle pain, neuralgia, shoulder pain, post-tooth extraction pain, bruising, ear pain, bone fracture pain, sprains, and trauma, as well as fever and chills during cold or flu.

Dosage and Administration

Take the following dosage, preferably avoiding an empty stomach. Space doses at least 4 hours apart.

  • Adults (15 years and older): 2 tablets per dose, up to 3 doses per day.

  • Children under 15: Do not administer.

Precautions for Use

  1. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and administration.

  2. How to remove tablets from the PTP sheet: Press the raised part of the PTP sheet strongly with your fingertips to break the aluminum foil on the back, and remove the tablet for use. (Accidentally swallowing the entire sheet can cause injury to the esophagus.)

  1. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and administration.

  2. How to use the pill case: Tilt the case downward, place 2 tablets in your pocket, then slide it to remove one dose (2 tablets).

Composition and Dosage:

Each tablet of Noshin Pure contains:

  • Ibuprofen: 150mg

  • Allyl Isopropyl Acetyl Urea: 60mg

  • Anhydrous Caffeine: 80mg

Excipients:
Anhydrous silica, hydroxypropyl cellulose, cross-carmellose sodium, cellulose, magnesium stearate, hypromellose (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), titanium dioxide, talc, macrogol, carnauba wax.

Usage Precautions

Do not take if:

  1. You have had allergic reactions to this medication or its components.

  2. You have had asthma after taking this medication or other fever-reducing, pain-relieving medications or cold medicines.

  3. You are under 15 years old.

  4. You are pregnant and within 12 weeks of your due date.

Do not take while using:

  • Other fever-reducing, pain-relieving medications, cold medicines, sedatives, or motion sickness medications.

Avoid operating vehicles or machinery after taking this medication (may cause drowsiness).

Avoid alcohol before and after taking the medication.

Do not use long-term.

  • Digestive System: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, stomach pain, mouth ulcers, heartburn, bloating, gastrointestinal bleeding, abdominal pain, diarrhea, blood in stools

  • Central Nervous System: Dizziness

  • Circulatory System: Palpitations

  • Respiratory System: Shortness of breath

  • Other: Blurred vision, ringing in the ears, swelling, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, prolonged bleeding, back pain, excessive lowering of body temperature, fatigue

In rare cases, serious symptoms may occur. If any of the following symptoms appear, seek immediate medical attention:

  • Shock (Anaphylaxis): Skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, shortness of breath, palpitations, disorientation after taking the medication.

  • Skin Mucosal Eyes Syndrome (Stevens-Johnson Syndrome), Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis: Persistent or rapidly worsening high fever, eye redness, eye discharge, mouth sores, throat pain, widespread skin rash or redness.

  • Liver Dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.

  • Kidney Dysfunction: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.

  • Aseptic Meningitis: Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea, vomiting (often reported in individuals receiving treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease).

  • Heart Attack: Tightness or pain in the chest, shortness of breath, cold sweat.

  • Stroke: Sudden loss of consciousness, difficulty moving one side of the body, headache, vomiting, dizziness, difficulty speaking, difficulty finding words.

  • Asthma: Wheezing, difficulty breathing.

  • Aplastic Anemia: Bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pale skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, lightheadedness, blood in urine.

  • Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.

  1. If you experience persistent or worsening symptoms such as constipation or drowsiness after taking the medication, stop use and consult a healthcare professional.

  2. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, stop use and consult a healthcare professional.

Storage Instructions

  1. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  2. Keep out of reach of children.

  3. Do not transfer to other containers (this could lead to misuse or changes in quality).
